Overview of YG stainless steel explosion-proof pipeline oil pump
YG explosion-proof pipeline oil pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with American petroleum institute API610 (standard for general centrifugal pumps for refinery) and gb3215-82 general technical conditions for centrifugal pumps for refinery chemical and petrochemical processes.
1. You can work outdoors without building pump room.
2, the import and export flange in the same center line, can be directly installed pipeline, vertical structure, machine pump integration, small area, very convenient installation.
3, the use of high-quality mechanical seal, no leakage, effectively reduce the oil and gas content of the pump room, mind the working environment to improve the safety and reliability of the pump room.
4. EX explosion-proof motors with the explosion-proof grade of DIIBT4 are selected.Material: cast iron, stainless steel.
Working conditions of YG stainless steel explosion-proof pipeline oil pump
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0mpa, or high working pressure of pump system ≤ 1.6mpa, namely pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5mpa, please indicate system working pressure when ordering.If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it shall be separately put forward when ordering, so that the flow passage part and connection part of the pump shall be made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be > 0.2mm.
Note: if the medium used is with fine particles, please indicate when ordering so that manufacturers can adopt wear-resistant mechanical seal.

1, YG pipeline pump is suitable for conveying medium without solid particles, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other petroleum products, temperature from -20℃ to +120℃;
2, the oil medium temperature T>120℃ or contains trace particles, can choose high temperature structure or chemical pump structure.
